Milan Jugovic was born on 16th February 1981 in Cacak. He finished Elementary School and High School, department of Mathematics, in Cacak. He enrolled Faculty of Dental Medicine, Belgrade in 2000 and graduated in 2006.He earned the title of Doctor of Dentistry.

In 2011 he enrolled specialization in oral surgery at the Military Medical Academy and in 2014 he became a specialist in oral surgery.

After completing training in aesthetic medicine, from 2014, in addition to dentistry and oral surgery, as the core business, he successfully engaged in aesthetic medicine (blood plasma treatments, hyaluronic fillers and Botox treatments).
